This is a documentary my brother Chad (Geoscopic Medium) and I put together over the course of a few months. This is a story of a hidden history in Florida’s state parks. This is a story of African revolution in Florida leading to an independent black nation in the southern peninsula of North America. As we visited the state parks throughout Florida, it became apparent that there is not much documentation of the rich history of African resistance to enslavement. This documentary is to tell the story of freedom fighters who stood up like men (and women) to fight for their right to freedom. Enjoy
